Job Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Telesales Executive who can identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversions. On a day to day basis, you will be involved in engaging existing and potential customers in dialogue that opens selling opportunities and in asking questions to understand customer requirements to close sales. You will also be engaged in negotiating sales and addressing any concerns of existing/new customers and ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints.

Use data-driven insights to refine our sales strategies and product offerings.

The ideal candidate will have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, (a related field preferred).
